Out of the Box Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic that specializes in a wide range of services that help patients feel healthier than ever before. INJURY PREVENTION
FOR ATHLETES
Using evidence based screening tools such as the Functional Movement Screen and the Y Balance Test along with our clinical expertise, we can confidently determine whether you or your child are at risk for injury during your sport or activity. Your Doctor of Physical Therapy will review your results and scores with you, and establish an individualized plan to improve your weaknesses amplified by the tests. This will ensure you're in top performance shape, whether you're a weekend warrior, recreational athlete, or are one of the best in your sport.
RECOVERY
Recover from a competition, game, workout, or traveling with Normatec. The compression will enhance blood flow and speed recovery. You'll be ready for that next game in no time!

PHYSICAL THERAPY
The one hour initial evaluation with the Doctor of Physical Therapy will establish your personalized plan of care. Each follow-up visit is another opportunity for the DPT to evaluate your progress, to ensure you are receiving the best care for YOU. Out of the Box PT provides patients with the resources they need to get their health on track — you’ll leave our clinic well informed and confident that your health is in good hands.
