Out of the Box Physical Therapy is located in Cedar Knolls, NJ. Founded in 2018, OTB was created on the belief that each plan of care is like a fingerprint. Every body is unique, therefore, each individual requires their own specific treatment plan. Using evidence based practice and out of the box thinking, we never forget to help others, always.
